Job Description/Requirements:

Minimum of eight years of direct full-time telecommunications and network security experience. Required
Minimum of five years of direct full-time Checkpoint firewall administration, configuration, and implementation experience. Required

(working knowledge of access controls and the ability to securely control access to resources such as networks, hosts, network services and protocols is critical)

Proficient in network routing and switching architecture, design and troubleshooting. Required

Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and tasks with conflicting priorities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to create and maintain documentation of environment(s) for knowledge share and future reference

Certifications:
Check Point Certified Security Administrator Preferred
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Preferred
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
