Job Title: Network Operations Support

Duration: 12 Months Contract (With possibility of extension or hire)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Several years of Basic IT Network experience with network switching and PC connectivity.
• Basic network troubleshooting PC and switch problems.
• Working with Cisco Wireless Access Points.
• Basic cabling knowledge, network jacks, IDF closet cross-connects, and troubleshooting.
• Participate in the implementation of new or refreshed networks.
• Provides site Smart hands support for network engineers.
• Perform general administrative requirements pertaining to timesheets, inventory records of equipment and ticketing system (SNOW).

Experience:

• Work involves staging a large number of wireless access points for a large project rollout.

Skills:

• Cisco Wireless Access Points Network Jacks, IDF, Ticketing System (SNOW)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or a related field experience is preferred.
