Job Description:
o 2-3 years of experience
o Perform eyes on glass and initial networking triage
o Create tickets within Service Now and performing service requests
o Experience raising tickets with circuit providers and hardware vendors
o Hands on experience with network routing and switching, firewall, load balancing, etc.
o Experience in incident management
