Network Field Technician -1764 - KeyLogic Systems

Position: Network Field Technician
Salary Range: $24.99 - $32.55 per hour
Clearance: Clearable to Q

KeyLogic is seeking a Network Field Technician to support a major national laboratory. 

The mission is to deliver secure, consistent, and capable network and virtual services to ensure faster realization of business value to the client and its customers. This organization is responsible for providing secure, consistent, and highly available network infrastructures and virtual services to meet corporate and mission IT needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Network Field Support Services:
• Review incoming IT Service Desk requests and resolve customer requirement issues.
• Coordinate with Network Advanced Field Operations Team as needed to support activation of device ports.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in relevant discipline plus 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, an additional 6 years' experience for a total of 11 years' experience is acceptable.
• U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy Q security clearance.
• Experience Virtualization, Access Points
• WAN, LAN, Wireless (Aruba)
• Juniper
• Cisco
• Brocade
• Cable Installation, Information Technology
• TC IP
• Windows Server or Active Directory

Desired Skills: 

• Active DOE “Q” Clearance
• Knowledge with ITSM
• ITIL Certified
• GPON
