Description:
The Network & Facilities Administrator will oversee the physical and virtual IT infrastructure that supports business operations. This role includes managing office connectivity, security, and vendor relationships while providing end-user support and ensuring the seamless functionality of IT and office equipment. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem-solver with a strong customer-service orientation and the ability to manage multiple technical responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Asset Management & Security:
Oversee the full lifecycle of office connectivity, networking, security, vendors, and equipment.
Manage physical security policies, procedures, vendors, and office security equipment.
Maintain infrastructure and software required for corporate web presence.
Collaborate with the System Administrator to:
Support identity and user management lifecycles in IT systems.
Manage end-user licenses, laptops, cell phones, and related security measures.
End-User Support:
Respond to in-person and virtual technical support requests, in coordination with Level 1 Support and team members.
Analyze system usage to identify gaps and optimize IT processes.
Facilities Management:
Oversee IT infrastructure, including internet, routers, firewalls, and servers.
Manage office security systems, including access cards and camera surveillance.
Maintain office equipment such as copiers, TVs, and fax machines.
Serve as the point of contact for building management, utility vendors, and subtenants across U.S. office locations.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Experience with virtual and physical networking, IT infrastructure, and security systems.
Familiarity with office equipment management and maintenance.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in a related position.
Must work from the New York City office (Times Square) 2–4 days per week.
Quarterly visits to New Jersey and Philadelphia offices, with virtual assessments of Charlotte and Chicago offices; travel as needed.
Compensation:
$70,000–$85,000 per year
