This position is 100% remote; limited travel for key meetings.
Overview
Mobile Health is recruiting a Network Expansion Specialist, a role that will be critical to Mobile Health’s growth from a local medical services provider to a national provider. The Network Expansion Specialist will primarily be responsible for researching, contacting and recruiting medical providers across the country to join Mobile Health’s network of national providers. The position consists of sales, operations, relationship management, process and procedure development, and more.
The Network Expansion Specialist will work as part of a tightly knit cross-functional team to grow Mobile Health’s national footprint. The Network Office team will be given the autonomy and flexible structure to work together to reach its goals. This dynamic role combines elements of sales, operations, relationship management, and strategic process development, all within a collaborative cross-functional environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Account Management, the Network Expansion Specialist will:
- Provider Recruitment and Sourcing
- Research and identify medical facilities across the U.S. to partner with Mobile Health.
- Contact potential network partners to discuss service opportunities.
- Contract Negotiations
- Negotiate competitive rates for services to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Secure long-term, mutually beneficial agreements with providers.
- Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison between network providers and Mobile Health.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships to support ongoing operations and service quality.
- Onboarding and Integration
- Coordinate provider onboarding, ensuring compliance with Mobile Health policies and standards.
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth integration into the Mobile Health network.
- Operational Strategy Development
- Assist in designing and implementing efficient systems, policies, and procedures for network management.
- Work closely with cross-departmental teams to plan resources and anticipate future network needs.
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for network expansion and provider performance.
- Generate regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders.
Daily Activites
- Outreach via email, phone, and digital platforms to recruit new provider partners.
- Conduct negotiations to secure favorable contracts.
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams and providers for onboarding and issue resolution.
- Monitor network health and address provider concerns or inquiries.
- Collaborate on developing recruitment priorities and operational frameworks.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or network expansion roles (healthcare industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure beneficial agreements.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and strategic thinker capable of adapting to evolving business needs.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with EMR systems and CRM tools a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
