Network Engineer - Prosum

Network EngineerResponsibilities:

• Network Monitoring & Optimization: Oversee, troubleshoot, and optimize a robust network infrastructure comprising 15 core nodes and 4 firewalls running eBGP to ensure seamless communication and security.
• Dynamic Routing & Security: Maintain and enhance network performance through dynamic routing protocols and robust security measures to mitigate external threats.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the network environment, including configurations, policies, and change management records.

Required Skills:

• Firewall Management: Configure and modify firewalls and Access Control Lists (ACLs). Proficiency in setting up various VPN types, including IPSec/GRE, SSL, Site-to-Site, Remote Access VPNs, and DMVPNs.
• Firewall Policies: Implement and maintain firewall policies using Palo Alto Networks firewalls to mitigate security risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Server Administration: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, ensuring secure and optimal performance.
• VPN Solutions: Implement and manage Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN for secure remote access.

Certifications:

• CCNP – Cisco Certified Network Professional
• PCNSE – Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer
