Job Description :
- Expertise of network routing and switching technologies, multicast expertise, public cloud networking, and network hardware
- Technical expertise in Cisco platforms including but not limited to Nexus Series (5k/7k/9k), Cisco ACI platform, Catalyst Switches, ISR Routers, Cisco SDWAN and network management tools
- Expert understanding of IP multicast routing. Experience working with large trading floor technologies, managing, troubleshooting and deployment of large-scale multicast architecture for trading applications
- Detailed knowledge of network, transport and application protocols, BGP, MPLS, EIGRP, OSPF, VPC, 802.1Q, ether-channel, STP, RSTP, VTP, QoS, ACLs, VxLAN, TCP/UDP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, SIP, RTP
- Extremely proficient with network management, monitoring and troubleshooting tools (sniffer, syslog, NetFlow, TCPDUMP, Wireshark)
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, F5 load balancers, SD-WAN architectures and WAN automation technologies. Good understanding of remote access technologies including Citrix, IPSec VPN
- Implementation of low latency network environments
- Experience implementing large scale multitenant datacenters, Network Access Control and network segmentation solutions
- Experience with network automation using Python, JSON and workflow using solutions such as Itential, Ansible and Terraform
- A good understanding of remote access technologies including Citrix, IPSec VPN, and Direct Access to provide internal users with anytime anywhere accessibility to business applications
- Experience managing and deployment of large-scale multicast architecture for trading applications
- Hands-on operational experience and management of AWS/Azure services, including AWS Direct Connect experience strongly preferred
