MTSI is seeking a Network Engineer to support the 361 ISRG. As a Network Engineer with MTSI, you will join a small, energetic team to build and maintain networks capable of sharing tactical reporting data from edge to national repositories. You will provide networking expertise to assist in streamlining the acquisition process between the stages of Analysis, Prototyping, Enterprise Testing, and Program of Record Transition. This will be accomplished by integrating multiple organizations from each stage of the process into a single facility.

Responsibilities:• Network communication solutions architecture development.
• Configuring, Deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining Network and infrastructure solutions.
• Developing Network System Automation strategies.
• Assist and support Information Systems Security Manager/Officer (ISSM/ISSO) with attaining and managing operational security posture of network systems.
• Interact with technical team members from multiple organizations in a team environment.
• Establish trusted and influential relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Work both individually and with a broader engineering, program management, and security team.
• Work on multiple networks across various classification levels, adhering to all security policies, procedures, and processes.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of ten (10) years' relevant experience as a Network Engineer or Architect.
• Strong ability to design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with small, distributed teams.
• Demonstrated ability to understand enterprise level networks.
• Comfortable configuring networks to include IP schemes and basic troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks, drive projects to closure, assimilate and correlate project information in a fast-paced environment and incorporate them into deployment strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to shift from one project to another in an agile work environment.
• Ability to communicate technical approaches and details within small project teams, including team interaction and presentations.
• Ability to capture technical approaches, designs, block diagrams, and implementations in written and graphical form.
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working within intelligence and AFSOC communities.
• Networking and computing certifications (e.g. CASP+, Sec+, A+, Linux).
Education Requirements:
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related field.
• Network Certifications and experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Clearance Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI clearance to start, with Counterintelligence Scope Poly eligibility.
• Current Counterintelligence Scope Poly, DESIRED.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Location/Travel:
• Place of work is Hurlburt Field, FL.
• May require up to 20% of CONUS/OCONUS travel.
