Job Description:

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure for INSCOM customer enclaves.
• Perform daily operational tasks via ticket system.
• Prepare network topology diagrams and write SOPs.
• Troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with departments for resolution.
• Design technical solutions and support GISA and INSCOM requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations and provide expert support for complex problems.
• Analyze user needs and generate recommendations for projects.
• Write and update project documentation and may serve as technical team lead.
