- 5-8 years' experience in an Enterprise Verint WFO/WFM solution
- Verint Design/Integration Certification Expert in Verint integration with Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC) Knowledge of Avaya Aura Core solution components
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Collaboration tools
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust Level 1 clearance
