- Create detailed technical designs from business requirements
- Network Design
- VoIP
- SIP Gateways (Edgewater/Adtran)
- CRCP (Cross-Rate Center Porting)
- Must Telecom Background
- Create, update and maintain Detailed Design Document (DDD)
- Create, update and maintain Technical Requirements Document (TRD)
- Proof of Concept
- Open, update and maintain Modification Requests (MRs), if any
- Work with vendors for requirements compliance
- Incorporate new requirements based on Modification Requests (MRs)
- Technical Support to vendors and Quality Assurance (QA) team
