Your role as a Network Construction Project Manager

Join Wisper ISP as a Network Construction Project Manager to oversee various large-scale projects with multiple work streams. You will lead a team of 2-3 Project Coordinators, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of project objectives. Your role will involve driving continuous improvement in customer value and financial performance, managing project schedules, scopes, and milestones, and resolving major issues while mitigating risks.

As the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, you will be responsible for project Profit & Loss to maintain strong financial performance. To excel as a Network Construction Project Manager at Wisper ISP, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, along with 3-5 years of project management or construction development/operations management experience. The role requires the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, track project metrics, and effectively manage change throughout the project lifecycle. Strong communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, as well as proficient MS Office skills. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing contract modifications, tracking project timelines diligently, and ensuring project deliverables are met.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

• Ability to work independently & aggressively track project timelines
