Rate Range: $22-$25/Hr
Job Description:
- Install, configure, and support an organization.
- local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and Internet system or a segment of a network system.
- Bachelor degree in data processing or related field required.
- Physical Touch Datacenter Support, Rack/Stack, Cable, Logistics/Asset Management
- 2+ years physical touch experience working in enterprise data centers.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time.
- Ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements.
- Knowledge of networking computer hardware and software
- Onsite Physical Touch Datacenter/Network Support. Rack, Stack activities, Cross Connect
- Study and document present work flow and procedures.
- Identify potential computer networking and computer application areas.
- Configure and analyze email applications or virus protection software.
- Write, test and de-bug complex programs.
- Prepare system flow diagrams and develop systems procedures.
- Provide technical assistance and training to user staff and to programming and operation personnel.
- Prepare, coordinate and supervise systems implementation.
