Network Administrator II - Southwest Missouri Bank

About the Job
Location: On-site in Carthage, MO (This job is not remote.)
Hours: Generally Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, alternating Saturdays 8:00am - 12:00pm. Work outside those hours will occur occasionally.
Essential Duties:
- Answer support line to take calls from bank personnel.
- Learning various PC upgrades/installs as they come up. Set up new PC's and test functionality on-site prior to installation at locations.
- Work with virtualized servers in a VMware environment.
- May require travel to other facilities.
- Various other duties as situations arise.
Skill Requirements:
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on organization needs.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to constantly learn and apply that knowledge to daily tasks.
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Professional communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Windows 11.
- Must be willing to adapt to changes in schedules, tasks, and duties on short notice.
- Must be willing to learn and follow bank policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
This position is moderately sedentary. The ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, twist and occasionally carry up to 30 lbs. These physical requirements represent those that need to be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Other relevant certifications are a plus.
