Job Description:
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) Perform network maintenance and Network Device upgrades including firmware upgrade, patches, hot fixes. Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Monitor Network Performance and Traffics. Provide Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues. Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure. Support security tools and procedures in conjunction with the company s Global Security Operation (GSO) team Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Hands-on experience in using Infoblox and Net Brain tools.
Network Operations, Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS), EIS: Network Engineer, IT IS_CNS_Data Network Cisco.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued)5+ years of proven hands-on network engineering experience Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., HSRP, BGP, EIGRP, 802.11) Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
