Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project deliverables in alignment with the overall program timeline and goals.
- Develop and integrate comprehensive project plans and roadmaps for all project stages.
- Ensure the creation of essential project artifacts, such as charters, plans, rosters, maps, issue logs, RACIs, and weekly reports.
- Track and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address potential challenges and ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and secure the required resources for projects throughout their life cycle.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure adequate staffing and raise concerns about resource constraints when necessary.
- Work closely with sponsors and leads to develop detailed project budgets (Capital and Operational).
- Monitor project expenditures and burn rates, ensuring financial accountability.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and manage a robust project governance model.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (MBA a plus).
- Certified Project Management certification (PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in IT
- Experience with ERP implementation (NetSuite is REQUIRED)
