Our company is in search of a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Financial Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will play a crucial role in the implementation and operation of NetSuite software, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system to support financial operations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure the system meets our business needs.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite software, including setting up, testing, and maintaining system integrations.
- Develop and implement training programs for end users to ensure they are proficient in using the NetSuite system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues that may arise, working closely with the IT team and NetSuite support as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes and procedures.
- Regularly review and update system configurations to ensure they align with changing business requirements.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving system efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, specifically with NetSuite administration and operation.
- Proven experience in implementing and operating NetSuite software.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex system information to non-technical team members.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
