As a Netskope SASE Architect, you will design and implement tailored SASE solutions, incorporating key components such as secure web gateway (SWG), cloud access security broker (CASB), zero trust network access (ZTNA), and firewall as a service (FWaaS). You will ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure while engaging with clients to understand their security challenges and delivering customized solutions.
Primary responsibilities include
- Presenting designs and ideas to an Architecture Review Board, articulating technical concepts and securing buy-in for proposed solutions.
- Overseeing the deployment and optimization of Netskope services to enhance security and performance.
- Conducting security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
- Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to proactively recommend enhancements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to provide feedback on product enhancements and feature requests.
- Monitoring the performance of SASE solutions to ensure they meet client expectations and compliance requirements, translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in network architecture, cloud security, or IT infrastructure, with a focus on SASE solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SASE components, including secure web gateway (SWG), cloud access security broker (CASB), zero trust network access (ZTNA), and firewall as a service (FWaaS).
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCNA, or similar are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in network protocols, cloud technologies, and security frameworks; experience with security assessment tools and methodologies (AWS, AZURE)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security challenges.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $ 162,400 - $ 243,600 per yearplus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factorsincluding but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
