| Work directly with the Client App Managers and Delivery Leads Direct interaction with business community Analyze and assess business requirements and bridge the information with the offshore team and manage the work to ensure the development, testing and deployment of the required functionality/ enhancement. Incident and Problem Management Recommend solutions to improve new and existing applications.. Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner. Understand and document data flows in and between different systems/applications Guidance to developers in preparing functional/technical specs to define reporting requirement and ETL process. |
| 12 + years of Experience Insurance (P&C) experience Experience working in Agile and Waterfall projects Team management, leading cross functional teams. Should have Cloud and Devops knowledge and prior experience in leading cloud hosted applications/ projects Should have .NET ( C#, ASP.NET,WCF,MVC,.Net Core) & SQL Server experience Should have very good communication skill and should be able to assess and analyze work with client along with manage the offshore team Should have knowledge is Incident/ problem management process |
