.NET Software Engineer - Nesco Resource, LLC

How You Will Contribute:

As an individual contributor, you will play a key role in the planning, development, and testing of backend data service APIs. Your work will directly impact the success of the team, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with technical leads, architects, and product managers to transform technical requirements into software design, code, and test cases.

In this role, you will participate in agile development activities such as daily standups, user story refinement, task breakdown, and effort estimation. You will also contribute to problem-solving by identifying and resolving blocking issues and collaborating with the team to find effective solutions. Your ability to learn new technologies will be crucial as you work across the full software stack.

What We Are Looking For:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 2 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of developing high-quality software products
• Exceptional programming skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues related to performance or design
• Strong experience with object-oriented programming, particularly in C#.NET, with knowledge of .NET8 being a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and an eagerness to bring innovative ideas to the table
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure IoT Hub, Azure PaaS, and Distributed Data Stores
• Proficiency in working with Linux operating systems; experience with Embedded Linux and IoT hardware is preferred
• Experience working with both Windows and Linux environments, with the ability to debug across both platforms
• A strong interest in full-stack development, with experience or a desire to work on everything from Windows server and embedded controllers to front-end UI, backend services, and installation software
• A genuine passion for technology, with a drive to quickly learn new skills and stay ahead of industry trends
