Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. - Kirby Clinical.

We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for our Level I nursery in northeast Connecticut. This position offers a supportive environment with a steady flow of well-baby cases, allowing for a positive work/life balance in a small-town setting.

Facility:

• 16 bed Level I Nursery
• 500 deliveries per year
• 100 bed non-profit hospital
• Less than an hour from Hartford, Springfield, and Providence

Compensation:

• $150,000 + shift differentials
• $120/hr for extra shifts
• CME allowance, full-time PTO, full benefits

Schedule:

• 24-hour shifts starting at 8am
• 3 shifts per two weeks
• Less than 1:2 weekends coverage
• No call

Requirements:

• Licensed as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
• Minimum of 2 years of neonatal experience required
