Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Neonatal Hospitalist to join its practice at Lake Mary Hospital, the newest addition to the Orlando Health family.
- Coverage of Newborn Nursery and attendance at deliveries
- Schedule of 10 24-hour shifts per month
- Hospital opening date in early 2025
- Annual projected deliveries of 1,000 with an adc in the newborn nursery of 6-7
- Level II NICU projected adc of 5-6 by year end, with 2,000 deliveries and 24/7 coverage
- Team of Neonatologists, NNPs and Neonatal Hospitalist
- Supported by the Orlando Health flagship NICU located at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, a 142-bed, Level-IV NICU
