Neonatal Follow-up Physician in Fort Worth, TX at Cook Childrens Physician Network

About the Job
Cook Childrens Health Care System (CCHSC) in Fort Worth, Texas, has a dynamic opportunity for a full-time board eligible/board certified Neonatologist. Position Specifics:
- Performing standardized neurological assessments, as well as administration of validated developmental assessments and screeners.
- Working collaboratively with neurologists, developmental pediatrician, developmental psychologist, nurse coordinator, social workers, dietitians, parent liaison, medical assistants, clinical therapists (PT/OT/ST), behavioral therapists and other staff.
- Participation in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects based on level of interest and experience.
- Schedule: 5 days per week with administrative time allotted for charting and other non-clinical activities.
- Attend annual State Follow-up collaborative meeting (NEON), and participate in continuing education related to neurodevelopmental follow-up of the high-risk NICU graduate/survivor.
Qualifications: Candidates must be board certified in pediatrics and BE/BC in Neonatology or Pediatrics and eligible to secure an unrestricted Texas Medical License.
