International is looking for a NeoLoad Test Engineer to support our Digital Transformation Journey.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing performance tests using NeoLoad to ensure the scalability and reliability of our web and mobile applications. This role involves collaborating with development teams, analyzing performance metrics, and providing recommendations for optimization.

Responsibilities:
Test Planning
- Define testing strategy based on requirements and project goals.
- Develop performance test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify key performance metrics for both users and software systems.
Test Design
- Design performance test cases based on documented business transactions.
- Design and configure performance test scenarios using NeoLoad.
- Identify and implement test data both within the user paths and in the SuT.
- Design the performance scenario to reflect real-world production usage of the application.
Test Execution
- Execute performance tests using NeoLoad and other specialized software tools, such as monitoring software.
- Execute performance tests to simulate user activity, analyze system performance metrics, and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Monitor test results and provide timely feedback to development teams.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Generate comprehensive test reports and present findings to project stakeholders.
- Maintain and update performance testing scripts and scenarios as needed.
Results Analysis
- Evaluate the results of the performance test, assessing the data against both business and technology criteria.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and report findings to key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of Software QA experience
OR
- Master's degree
OR
- At least 4 years of Software QA experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in NeoLoad performance testing tools is a MUST and NEO LOAD certification is mandatory.
Familiarity with other tools like JMeter and LoadRunner is a plus.
Proven experience as a Performance Test Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with NeoLoad or similar performance testing tools.
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with performance testing concepts (including load testing, stress testing).
Experience leading E2E performance testing for assigned projects.
Experience with NFR management and extrapolation.
Strong knowledge of performance engineering concepts.
Experience in all aspects of performance testing including test planning, documentation, execution, defect management, and reporting Experience with Ready API to Create and Manage Virtual Services – preferred, but not mandatory.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
