NAVSEA Program Analyst Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Planning and Control professional who wants to make a difference in the defense of the nation by applying their tradecraft and experience in a fast-paced environment in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Bethesda, MD. We are seeking a motivated individual to join an innovative and dynamic team that is supporting Future Submarine Design efforts. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the customer, the financial team, and engineering team to develop financial reports and create, track, assign, distribute and report status on actions from multiple projects and sources.
* Assemble disparate financial data.
* Provide a weekly status report for task leads.
* Create and use templates to track technical and programmatic status of multiple projects.
* Create and distribute templates for Technical Project Documentation such as summaries, reports and presentations. Qualifications: * US Citizen with active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain.
* Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) in science, engineering, math, or finance related fields, and 2-5 years of experience in providing program analyst support.
* Proven success in developing schedules and project plans to lead mission execution, and experience with Microsoft Project.
* Experience with MS Office suite of products.
* Eager to learn, self-starter. Desired: * Active TS/SCI clearance
* Experience working on a government or DoD site
* Graduate Degree inscience, engineering, math, or finance related fields
