National Sales Director - Hale and Hearty

Hale and Hearty is a growing national food wholesale manufacturer!

This established brand is currently re-inventing its market presence and growing to new levels through new product enhancement and development. As part of the growth plan, Hale and Hearty is adding a National Sales Director to join the team.   

Responsibilities: 

• This position will focus on growing the market share of Hale and Hearty’s wholesale chilis, soups, and plant based entries.  
• This position is a key position in meeting the business development goals set by Hale and Hearty over the next 5 years.  
• This high-energy, highly visible position will require self-direction, self-motivation and self-inspiration.   
• This position will be accountable for growth and new market share.  

Requirements

• Regular national travel will be required including participation in trade shows, local events and other creative marketing projects.   
• Food business experience required along with 3-5 years of national sales experience.
