ADP client
is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to be our next National
Director of Sales to join our team in our Houston, TX location.
This
is a home-based role for candidates living in Dallas, TX OR Miami, FL areas and
able to travel 50% of their time to other parts of the USA and Latin Americas.

rick products which display our diverse ethnic familiarity. In 2003, we expanded
our product portfolio with recognized worldwide brands including Diana and
other brands. Diana is recognized throughout Central American for its full line
of quality snacks to which we became the exclusive importer for products
developed for the US market.
About
the Role:
The
National Sales Director role is responsible for planning, organizing, and
coordinating sales operations, as well as teams, to achieve sustained growth
that allows achieving sales goals and compliance with expense budgets in an
efficient and profitable manner, in the accounts under their influence. Ensure
compliance with all processes, policies, and procedures at the National USA
level under your responsibility based on the guidelines established by the company.
What You
Will Do:
Core duties
and responsibilities include the following.
- Lead the
East, Central and West Zone sales management. Each zone has a territory sales
manager, team leaders and merchandisers that works in stores and retailers. - Follow up
on the management of the commercial system through indicators. - Rationally
manage resources according to the assigned budget - Execute
the plans and objectives of the commercial area presented. - Define and
assign objectives to your work team. - Evaluate, coordinate,
and motivate the performance of the staff in charge based on the established
objectives. - Manage
results based on budgets and objectives. - Execute
actions that increase the customer base. - Develop
and guarantee a culture of customer service based on defined processes. - Collect
market information from the competition for its respective analysis. - Analyze
and design the incursion into new channels, markets, or territories. - Raise
awareness of the sales forecast based on the distributors' requirements. - Execute
special sales campaigns for products that require a specific boost. - Represent
the company at various commercial activities or events of corporate interest. - Coordinate
with marketing and trade marketing activities and promotions that ensure the proposed
objectives. - Follow up
on growth plans for clients assigned to your sales territory. - Performs
other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Our
Perfect Candidate
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s
degree in marketing or business. - At
least 8 to 10 years’ experience in similar roles in Sales as a Marketing
Manager, OR Sales, Marketing with emphasis on sales strategies. - Proven
leadership capabilities experience is required. - Experience
in managing sales across various regions of the USA in the American
multicultural market as a national or regional business manager. - Solid
background in the retail distribution of food snacks and beverages, with a
particular focus on the Spanish market and its products. - Experienced in marketing of food products and/or mass
consumption is extremely preferred. - Skilled
in negotiating with distributors. - Must
have knowledge of category, buyer, channel, and client experience. - Experienced
in managing a business with annual sales of at least $100 million budget.
Required
Abilities and Skills:
- Ability
to thrive in both strategic and tactical environments. - Management
of Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - MUST BE Bilingual in English
and Spanish.
Company
Offers:
- Competitive salary range, commensurate with
experience and education. - Example:
Monthly base salary would be $12,000-$14,000, plus $1,400 - $2,000 Commission - Christmas bonus (Includes one month’s salary).
