What are we looking for?
The National HSE Manager is responsible for managing the company-wide safety strategy in their assigned region through the development, implementation and maintenance of all safety policies, procedures and processes.
Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skillset, experience, qualifications, and other job-related duties.

What you'll do:
- Administrative duties - ISN, Avetta, Veriforce, 3E, iSAFE
- Metrics - track walkabouts (comes from my MS form), engagements (comes from HSE PBI), safety meetings (QHSE/Intelex), iHSE data to view recent activity - updated bi-weekly and prior to regional HSE reviews and director call for review
- GBL quarterly metrics
- Create HSE meeting template, pull iHSE incident data and compile for AQSTMs to distribute
- Branch of the month HSE metrics
- Directors' Call
- QHSE call with team

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- HSE certification or courses taken from a recognized body of knowledge, such as ASSE (American Society of Safety Engineers) for individual courses or a programmed course of study leading to a CSM (Certified Safety Manager), CSP (Certified Safety Professional), OSHA 40 Class
- Work experience within Petroleum industry
- Travel requirement 25%
