Position Overview:
As the National Director of Sales, you will play a vital role in shaping our sales strategy and driving growth. Partnering with various teams, you'll contribute to decision-making processes, develop innovative marketing campaigns, and lead the execution of strategic plans. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver personalized experiences and exceed our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
Set benchmarks for success and report performance results to senior leadership
Spearhead marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and dominate the local market
Act tactically and strategically to enact change and drive results
Ensure high occupancy rates and sales during redevelopment projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or related field
8-10 years of progressively increasing sales experience
Experience in senior living sales preferred
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
