What You'll Do:
Collaborate with third-party developers to make key product decisions and shape our sales strategy.
Lead the charge in overseeing redevelopment projects from start to finish, ensuring we meet sales targets and exceed expectations.
Set the bar high by establishing benchmarks for success and reporting performance results to senior leadership.
Drive local market dominance through innovative marketing campaigns that attract qualified leads.
Act as both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor, influencing others and enacting change where needed.
What You Need:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.
Eight to ten years of progressive sales experience, with a preference for experience in senior living.
Proven track record of success in managing sales teams and driving occupancy in redevelopment communities.
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
