As the National Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multiple facilities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold our commitment to patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a skilled leader, and possesses a deep understanding of behavioral health operations.

Requirements
In order to be considered for the Director of Operations position, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant career experience in the behavioral health industry
- Knowledge and understanding of accreditation and licensing standards
- Leadership, management, and communication skills
- Able to travel throughout our multiple facilities covering multiple states.
Director of Operations Responsibilities
Manage facility and support staff personnel
Establishing highest standard of facility function
- Full understanding of state rules and regulations, Joint Commission & insurance standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and licensing organizations
- Manage vendors including pharmacy, laboratory testing, temp personnel, food, and office and medical supplies
- Ensure facility is adequately staffed to service census fluctuations and gender differences
Create culture of accountability, tolerance, and teamwork
Schedule and/or perform period trainings to improve staff proficiencies
Supervise direct reports to ensure performance of duties consistent with job description
- Identify deficiencies in programming and establish improvement measures
- Identify cost saving measures & present to ownership and financial department
- Devise meeting schedule & methods for departments to interface consistently with one another to ensure effective intra-organization communication
Perform additional duties delegated by supervisor
Pay: $100,000- $150,000.00
