We are seeking a National Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team!

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 7+ Years in experience in finance/accounting with progressive growth
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial best practices within the health care industry
• Advanced knowledge and skills in data analysis and financial modeling

The National Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will report to the EVP of Finance. They will be responsible for the annual operating and capital budgets, strategic financial analysis, and multi-year forecasting for Ernest Health. They analysis and support implementation of business and financial strategies, analysis of operating results, and new business opportunities that enhance strategic planning processes. You will support financial strategies, systems, and processes that optimize current and future financial operational performance. They will work in collaboration with senior leadership across the company to identify financial performance improvement initiatives, including revenue optimization, expense control methods, and capital management, contributing to optimal performance and strategic positioning goals.
