Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated National Commercial Financial Services Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our Commercial Sales Representatives by facilitating the sale of Finance and Insurance (F&I) Products and Services to our valued customers.
Essential Job Functions and Duties:
- Procure Finance and Insurance products for resale to MobilityWorks customers.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing financing options, ensuring alignment with customer needs, and expanding offerings as required to meet our business growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to ensure seamless product implementation and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate customers' credit bureaus and credit histories to determine the most suitable bank(s) for credit applications and P&S agreements submission.
- Maintain accurate deal jackets and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders during the deal approval process.
- Interface and negotiate with customers, Commercial Sales Representatives, and lenders regarding underwriting issues.
- Support commercial sales training initiatives and contribute to the development of marketing collateral promoting MobilityWorks finance programs and offerings.
- Fulfill various administrative tasks necessary for the successful implementation of financing, insurance, and warranty programs.
- Cultivate and manage vendor and contract relationships, including communicating adverse action to customers.
- Prepare and dispatch Finance Contracts and packages, as well as VSP contracts.
- Manage Sales Activity Spreadsheet and ensure adequate supplies of Finance Contracts and VSP contracts.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of all paperwork obtained from Sales staff and customers.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulatory requirements pertaining to sales and implementation of finance programs.
- Serve as a backup to the Compliance Coordinator for compliance-related matters.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, OSHA and safety regulations, and state-mandated regulations at all times.

Position Qualifications and Entrance Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Finance-related roles preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive phone presence.
- Strong customer service orientation with a warm and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Successful completion of criminal and motor vehicle background checks and pre-employment drug screening required.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Comfortable working in an office environment with standard equipment (telephones, fax machines, computers, copiers, etc.).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently lift or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Capable of performing various office-related physical activities as needed.
