Our client is a leading manufacturer of indoor equipment that is strategically placed in restaurants, movie theaters, shopping/outlet malls, etc. They are seeking to hire a VP of Sales & Marketing responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote growth in the market. Utilize market intelligence to ensure capitalization of market opportunities and maintain market competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a team (8) and third-party agencies/channel partners (15-30)
- Develop sales and marketing strategies, policies, programs and structure
- Implement strategies i.e. advertising, website content, sales materials and tradeshows to ensure maximum ROI
- Drive sales and marketing; develop a platform to promote growth and profitability
- Discover ways to leverage and expand sales and marketing of product/solution offerings to clients
- Increase market penetration though product planning and development
- Capitalize on market opportunities and minimize competitor activity effects through market intelligence analysis
- Utilize marketing/sales metrics to forecast
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 10+ years’ Sales Management experience within the Channel space, leading teams and channel partners
- Experience must come from sales targeting retail and hospitality and/or recreation industry
- Hands on approach with analysis and strategy
- Excellent Project Management and Communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM
- Proficient in ERP systems, Epicor preferred
- Extensive Travel
Offering:
- Base Salary + Bonus with @ plan over $200,000 (based on experience)
