POSITION AVAILABLE: National Account Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced logistics sales representative who is a goal orientated and results driven candidate to use our resources to drastically grow their book of business. Our company offers every mode of transportation to our customers complimented with a 24/7 IN-office staff that provides customized customer service on every load.
We are seeking an experienced leader whose succeeded in sales & looking to take the step to grow their customer list, volume & profits.
Responsibilities would include-
· New business development (calling on sales leads, old/current customers & using our tools to prospect new business)
· Get involved as much or as little as you’d like on negotiating freight rates with your prospects & customers
· Work closely with our operations team to introduce new customers & get a game plan to quote spot bid, current & future freight lanes
-Work closely with our track & trace representatives to execute high level customer service
· Use knowledge & experience to grow your existing customer base
In this role, you will push more business within your freight portfolio, work with an experienced team on load coverage & develop rapport with new & existing customers. We have a fun & enthusiastic work environment that promotes internal competition & creates high performing individuals.

Experience & Skills:
- 2 + years of sales experience within the industry
- Non asset based and asset based experience preferred
- Experience with North American truckload transportation (dry van & flatbed)
- Ability to develop long-term relationships
- Strong management skills and leadership presence
- Results-driven
- Robust market knowledge
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and ability to think and respond quickly to service issues
- Ability to create powerpoint presentations
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and co-workers

Salary
