The Role
As a key member of our team, reporting to the VP of Subrogation Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue and profitability within the Subrogation insurance market. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team focused on identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities across multiple accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Achieve Subrogation sales and revenue objectives
Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned and new accounts
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through consultative approaches
Address client needs by aligning CCC's value propositions with their requirements
Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline report
Cultivate and strengthen key account relationships
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive account planning and execution
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred
5-8 years' experience in product value proposition development and sales preferred
Deep understanding of technical, business, and Subrogation industry knowledge preferred
Experience and relationships in the subrogation market essential
Salesforce familiarity desirable
Strong service orientation and growth mindset
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
