Primary Purpose:
The National Account Manager (NAM) is responsible for managing and calling on Swisher’s high index national retail chain accounts and wholesale customers as assigned by geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, distribution, special programs and in-store merchandising of Swisher brands for all assigned accounts. Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned accounts by utilizing data and fact-based selling methods. Present promotional plans and execute with key customers that drive specific growth goals (internal and external).
- Responsible for engaging with large accounts on category management initiatives. Create and present Business Reviews that will drive Swisher sales and improve business performance across the full line of Swisher brands.
- Responsible for overseeing store resets and sales coverage support which include strong partnership with the field sales
- Responsible for creating and presenting to customers an overview of sales choices for accounts
- Attend and support National Account Customer Trade Shows and events to drive sales and maintain customer relations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required
- 5+ years of growing CPG sales experience to include increased responsibility.
- Must be at least 21 at the time of employment.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Education: High School Diploma
Travel: This role requires up to 60% of travel, including overnight travel.
Preferred
- Complete understanding and knowledge of Swisher’s full product line and promotional offerings.
- Bilingual
- 7- Eleven Convenience experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
