Headquartered in Wadsworth, OH, Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) is a highly successful provider of
specialty automotive aftermarket parts which goes to market via nine (9) specialty brands / banners.
EAH’s leading destination websites serve “enthusiast” owners of German, domestic muscle,
Japanese, Tesla and Off Road vehicles, and related professional installers. Our banners include: ECS
Tuning, Turner Motorsports, Pelican Parts, Rennline, Texas Speed & Performance, Z1 Motorsports,
RCI OffRoad and EVannex. With more than 2 million SKUs, EAH sells a mix of performance and repair
parts under its own brands as well as third-party brands. EAH operates in five locations and ships
from four warehouses, supplemented by large-scale drop shipping by its vendor partners.
EAH is seeking to strengthen its Sales team with the addition of a National Account Executive position for EAH family of brands. This position will focus on delivering B2B channel growth across EAH Euro-focused brands ECS Tuning, Turner Motorsport, Pelican Parts and Rennline.
The National Account Executive will be an experienced professional with a proven track
record in the automotive aftermarket industry, specifically in selling premium branded products. This
role involves identifying new business opportunities within the EAH Euro enthusiast brand categories
and developing and cultivating long-term relationships to drive sustainable and incremental revenue
growth. The ideal candidate will enjoy delivering both new customer acquisition and focus on
reactivating lapsed accounts while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position
reports to the Chief Business Development Officer at EAH.
The National Account Executive role will be responsible for delivering incremental revenue
growth to the installer and fleet channels for Euro focused EAH brands.
The role will serve as a champion of EAH Euro brands and our In-House Brands (IHBs) and will work
feverishly with installer and automotive fleet upfitters to provide them with quality products at an
affordable price.
The National Account Executive will create strong, long lasting relationships through
routine outreach and occasional onsite visits that identifies dealer/installer needs and collaborate with appropriate internal resources to develop solutions that support growth. This role will focus on creating and executing strategies for revenue growth across Euro-focused EAH brands. The National Account Executive will attend trade shows, sales meetings, and industry events as needed to support the business.
Summary Duties:
- Forge new relationships with Installers and wholesalers to drive new account growth.
- Leverage our extensive catalog of Euro products and IHBs to provide installers with quality products at affordable prices and exceptional customer service.
- Reactivate lapsed accounts, provide outstanding customer service and ensure these accounts remain active.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and site visits to engage with installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships, promoting our range of auto parts, tools, shop equipment, and programs.
- Identify and qualify new sales prospects, leveraging relationships with internal resources to enhance product knowledge and develop your network.
- Collaborate with customers to optimize their business performance in areas like time to market, service levels, and customer satisfaction, driving the account's strategic vision and planning including revenue growth.
- Implement automated CRM alerts and notifications to prompt timely follow-up actions and prevent leads from falling through the cracks.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales support, technical support, marketing, and operations, to provide the best possible service and solutions to customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals through effective sales pipeline development, understanding sales metrics, and other assigned sales functions and processes.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, with a strong technical knowledge and aptitude for performance products. At least 5+ Years of experience required.
- Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and closing accounts, with a strong ability to influence and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
- Experience in prospecting new business and closing sales, with a track record of engaging with installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships considered a plus.
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with proficiency in the complete sales process and CRM software (ZOHO, Salesforce).
- Passion for automotive customization, with an independent and proactive work style.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Track record of providing exceptional customer service and exceeding sales quota.
