Nanny / Personal Assistant - Perfect Clicks

Company CEO in Parsippany NJ is seeking a Nanny/Personal Assistant to care for 7-month old boy and provide assistance to the family. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, conscientious, has strong communication skills and can anticipate needs. You will be responsible for looking after the child, taking care of him, playing with him, preparing meals, bathing him, and engaging him in an educational, positive manner. Must be able to assist the CEO and Mrs. to stay on schedule, juggle multiple priorities and make life easier for the family.

Role Responsibilities

• Babysitting, teaching, development of 7-mo boy
• Transportation to and from office, activities, errands, parks, etc.
• Light cooking and meal prep for child, feeding him on schedule
• Engage child with crafts, reading, music, games, etc.
• Tidying common areas, child daycare area on site
• Make in-person or online purchases for family
• Maintain schedule with shifting meetings, appointments, calls, events
• Coordinate with contacts, vendors, contractors and staff for billing
• Arrange travel and weekend activities
• Anticipate needs of the child, CEO and family
• Other tasks and responsibilities, as requested

Position Requirements

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
• Experience with young children, spending time with child and developing him.
• Valid driver's license, comfortable driving throughout New Jersey (30-60 min drives)
• References of previous work and families
