Job Description
The Business Administration Intern will provide special project assistance and administrative support to the Administration department.
Responsibilities
+ Work on a special project for the department, which is researching and documenting family lineage and ancestry of NANA Shareholders.
+ Maintain and organize files and documents to track data and information gathered.
+ Scan, copy or print documents for special projects, documenting purposes or records needs.
+ May also make outgoing calls, as needed, to support project.
+ May prepare presentations or draft and prepare documents.
Additional Duties andResponsibilities
+ May help coordinate or support meeting activities or events.
+ Provide administrative support for the department, as needed.
+ Operate in a climate of confidentiality requiring discretion.
+ Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
+ Must be a NANA shareholder. NANA shareholders own stock in NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.
+ Must be currently enrolled in college or vocational school.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Have great interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient in MS Office.
+ Be organized.
+ Have good administrative skills.
+ Have good oral and written communication skills.
+ Be customer service oriented.
+ Maintains confidentiality.
+ Must maintain a high degree of accuracy.
+ Must have high attention to detail.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
Weather: Indoors: Primarily in an environmentally controlled; requires most or all work to be done inside.
Noise level: Quiet
Description of environment: Standard office environment
Physical requirements: Employee is required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk/hear, see, taste/smell, and carry weight/lift. Travel or work conditions may be required utilizing alternative methods. Work or travel may be required in inclement weather conditions.
