The Named Partner Marketing Manager will report to the Director, Named Partner Marketing.
Job OverviewTheNamed PartnerChannel Marketing Manager will work closely with theNamed PartnerAccount Managers to build mindshare and brand awareness through meticulous execution of lead generation activities. The Marketing Manager is responsible for leveraging their creativity to organize and execute unique and memorable events that are on budget and on brand. To be successful, this position requires a strong blend of organizational and adaptability skills, flawless execution capabilities, along with an ability to build and manage relationships while maintaining professionalism.Responsibilities and Duties
- Support team ofNamed PartnerAccount Managers with necessary sales and marketing tools including media, training documents, merchandise, etc.
- Oversee all logistics of campaigns, events and conferences, program budgets and securing contracts per account
- Planning and executing marketing events including event research, venue selection, contract negotiation, schedule including but not limited to packing, printing and shipping of materials to end destination
- Travel and serve as an additional informational resource to distribute product knowledge, increase brand awareness, build relationships and execute production-level events
- Manage onsite execution including event set up and tear down
- Work closely with Account Managers to measure activities associated with event, analyze and report effectiveness as well as ensure follow through of post event and post incentive action items
- Assist with the creation of promotional materials
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to develop messaging for collateral, ads, etc.
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop innovative marketing materials including email campaigns, invitations, product media, website copy, registration forms, etc.
- MDF processing/claims support for owned areas
Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent and 3-5 years related experience
- Ability to build relationships with peers, resellers and customers
- Capable of working effectively with peers and higher-level management
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, innovative and creative
- A willingness to wear many hats and quickly pivot based on changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Willingness to travel in North America 25-40% of the time
- Ability to pack shipments
