Position: NAF Cash Account Receivable Analyst
Location: Tustin, CA - On-Site Role, 9-6PM PST Schedule
Compensation: $24-$28.85/hr, DOE
Position Summary:
The Account Receivable Analyst will work closely with the Operations Team and Accounting team to invoice clients, record incoming payments and code them timely and accurately. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, have experience in Microsoft Office, and have a strong understanding of the accounts receivable process.
Responsibilities:- Work with the Operations team (Transaction Coordinators) to accurately invoice clients based on final economics
- Identify client payments and loan proceeds to post in our internal tracker / ledger / system
- Monitor and manage client’s ledger to ensure posting of invoices, credits, and payments are in accordance to NAF Cash guidelines and procedures
- Guide clients on payment methods
- Perform Collections process procedure according to NAF Cash guidelines
- Communicate with clients to follow up on overdue balances, invoice questions, and resolve payment issues
- Manage NAF Cash collections email inbox
- Maintain electronic filling of all invoices, payments, payment plans
- Aid in identifying and executing process improvements
- Assist with weekly, month end and year end reports
- Gather and classify all mail delivered to NAF cash (checks, bills, notices, etc.)
- Perform other duties as required to support the Operations team
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience in lieu of degree is desired
- Requires a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- Ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize workload to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Work Authorization: Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
