SMT Operator w/ MYDATA experience. 1st shift 7am-3:30pm - $24-$27hr.

The SMT Operator is an experienced operator with some latitude to make decisions related to completing jobs.  In this position you are proficient in the operation of the SMT equipment and knowledgeable about the process.  You are able to independently complete most jobs by relying on the production and quality process documentation.

• Sets up and operates the SMT line equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Writes packages as necessary
• Reads and interprets Visual Aids and diagrams to ensure products are built properly
• Adjusts the machine settings to complete tasks accurately and according to specifications
• Utilizes quality practices and procedures to assure that the assemblies are correctly manufactured
• Inspects components to ensure that the machines placed the correct value part in the appropriate location
• Maintains a clean, neat and orderly area
• Responsible for the quality and accuracy of own work
