Company and its clients, focusing on non-hazardous waste services. This role requires transparent communication, reliability, and expertise in non-hazardous bulk liquid transport, mobile dewatering, hydro excavation, and wastewater treatment plant maintenance. The representative will work closely with the operations team to deliver efficient and safe service solutions for municipal and industrial clients.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the market to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Utilize software tools for effective sales tracking and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and improve client engagement.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure favorable terms for the company.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales within environmental services, specifically bulk liquid transport, mobile dewatering, hydro excavation, and plant cleaning.
• Strong knowledge of the non-hazardous liquid waste industry in Houston.
• Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in sales software or customer relationship management software is preferred. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
