Position Summary:
Manages a staff of technical production specialists that contribute and produce multi-platform communications including broadcast, web, social media, and print. Oversees and coordinates graphic design, production, and printing processes. Implements policies, procedures, and guidelines for producing multimedia content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works in an office environment. Frequent local travel required to implement the agency’s corporate strategies in the community. Occasional out-of-town travel to represent the agency or participate in national housing conferences and trainings. Must have a valid State of Georgia driver’s license and be fully insurable for the purpose of obtaining clearance on company “Authorized Drivers List.”

Position Summary:
Manages a staff of technical production specialists that contribute and produce multi-platform communications including broadcast, web, social media, and print. Oversees and coordinates graphic design, production, and printing processes. Implements policies, procedures, and guidelines for producing multimedia content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of multimedia production coordinators & assistants.
- Work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, from senior leadership to non-management staff to gather information, analyze it and create visuals for messages, articles, stories, and presentations.
- Oversee and coordinate graphic design, photography, and video production.
- Implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for producing multimedia content.
- Plan, shoot, produce, direct, and edit video for external and internal events and initiatives.
- Maintain and update external and internal websites, and video/photo sharing sites including Vimeo, ShareFile and SmugMug
- Provide creative direction in the development of logo, theme, awards, promotional materials for support events, feasibility of reprinting, and training handout development.
- Manage all technical aspects of onsite and offsite multimedia needs.
- Develop original motion graphics content for internal monitors.
- Lead photographer and videographer for internal and external agency events.
- Work with Communications Manager to design and produce event programs, posters, flyers, and other multimedia collateral.
- Manage inventory and maintenance of video, photo, and computer equipment.
- Troubleshoot and support hardware and software that interfere with the creation and/or delivery of content.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external multimedia vendors.
- Serve as technical expert for audio-visual support for enterprise-wide activities.
- Oversee program signage and graphic displays to ensure quality and consistency of branding.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for all audio/visual needs for external agency events, such as press conferences, staff meetings/celebrations.
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
- 7 years in graphic design
- 7 years’ corporate video production
- 5 years’ in-studio & on-location photography
- 3 years’ project management experience
- Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, RUSH, and Lightroom) .
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent video production skills with portfolio.
- Proficient knowledge of DSLR photography cameras and broadcast video cameras.
- Experience with setup and strike of A/V equipment in a studio environment and on-location.
- Must be detail oriented, technical, organized, creative, and have the ability to multi-task.
