Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional support.
Collaborate with clients to understand their packaging needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
Coordinate tasks and timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
- Executive Assistant: Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Tech-Savvy Responsibilities: Work with various CRM and ERP software to streamline operations.
Manage the company website and contribute to social media posts.
- Adobe Suite: Utilize light knowledge of Adobe Suite for basic design tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM and ERP software.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite for basic design tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the packaging industry is a plus.
