About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Multifamily Construction Superinntendent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all field aspects of Multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The Superintendent will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals and deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Ideal but not required - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience building Multifamily Construction Projects as a Superintendent, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient with construction software applications.
