Role: Multifamily Construction Superintendent

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, manage scheduling, and maintain performance records.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and adjust project schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, enforce site safety standards, and manage materials and deliveries.
• Keep comprehensive documentation, including daily logs, work orders, timecards, and as-built drawings.
• Foster a positive, professional environment while ensuring projects meet design and budget requirements for timely completion.

What You Bring:

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive follow-up abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
