Qualifications and responsibilities for this Multifamily Construction Manager position include:

• Minimum of 5+ years of construction experience with at least five multifamily projects completed.
• Proficiency in Excel is required; familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in preconstruction planning and vendor selection.
• Develop and execute detailed construction plans within tight timelines.
• Collaborate closely with general contractors, acquisitions teams, and onsite personnel.
• Oversee daily construction activities across multiple buildings.
• Travel bi-weekly to New York during preconstruction; maintain 100% onsite presence in Detroit during construction.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
